Friday, April 4: Washburn Rural High School standout McKenna Schuler’s college team wins to Erskine Flying Fleet

On Friday, April 4, former Washburn Rural High School standout McKenna Schuler’s current college team, the Converse Valkyries, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Erskine Flying Fleet.

The game took place at Erskine Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Fleet this season.

The Valkyries’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at Tyger River Park against Francis Marion Patriots.
