On Tuesday, March 11, former Washburn Rural High School standouts Anthony Taggart and Carson Rosen’s current college team, the Missouri Western Griffons, lost 8-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Maryville Saints.

The game took place at Weber Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Saints this season.

The Griffons’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 2 p.m. at McCarthy Field against Newman Jets.
