On Sunday, March 9, former Washburn Rural High School standouts Anthony Taggart and Carson Rosen’s current college team, the Missouri Western Griffons, won 13-11 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Northeastern State Riverhawks.

The game took place at Griffon Baseball Field. This was their third matchup against the Riverhawks this season.

The Griffons’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 5 p.m. at Weber Baseball Field against Maryville Saints.
