On Friday, April 4, former Seaman High School standout Mason McConnaughey’s current college team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.

The game took place at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park. This was their first matchup against the Scarlet Knights this season.

The Cornhuskers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2:05 p.m. at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park against Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
