On Tuesday, April 1, former Hayden High School standouts Andrew Schmidtlein and Konnor Becker’s current college team, the Washburn Ichabods, lost 4-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Fort Hays State Tigers.

The game took place at Larks Park. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Ichabods’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 3 p.m. at Glass Family Field at Myers Stadium against Northwestern Oklahoma State Rangers.
