NiJaree Canady, former Topeka High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Friday, May 16 in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former Topeka High School standout NiJaree Canady’s current collegiate team the Texas Tech Lady Raiders won 6-0 against the Brown Bears in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Rocky Johnson Field at 4:35 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Brown Bears in the tournament.

The Texas Tech Lady Raiders’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 1 p.m. at Rocky Johnson Field.
