On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Shawnee Heights High School standout Chase Carson’s current college team, the Charlotte 49ers, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Old Dominion Monarchs.

The game took place at Hayes Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Monarchs this season.

The 49ers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at Hayes Stadium against Old Dominion Monarchs.
