Seeking General Contractor Bids
Jackson County, Kansas is seeking general contractor bids to build a community center at Banner Creek Reservoir. March 7-13 will be open for contractors to ask any questions they may have about the project.
Contractors will have until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 7 to submit their sealed bids to the County Clerk’s Office. Building plans can be sent online or a paper copy can be picked up from Banner Creek Reservoir or the County Clerk’s office. All contractors must provide their insurance and bonding.
Jackson County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid. The bid will be awarded without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disabilities or marital status. If selected, bidder will be responsible for compliance with federal and state labor laws as well as regulations of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant.
