Join us on Friday October 28th at 2pm for the annual Downtown Halloween Costume Parade. Anyone is welcome! Kids from PHES will parade downtown to show off their spooky costumes. Then head over to PHES at 4pm for their Halloween Carnival. It’s sure to be a fun time for kids of all ages!
