In past years, City of Holton property owners have been blowing and raking their leaves into our city streets. This causes storm drains to plug and makes it difficult to sweep the streets. According to City Code, it is unlawful to deposit leaves on any street or alley. This is an unlawful act and you can be ticketed! Please keep your leaves in your yard!
