The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Steven C. Watkins Jr., Committee to Re-Elect Steve Watkins, refunded $1,100 to Jay Armstrong on July 28, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Committee to Re-Elect Steve Watkins refunded $2,750 total since February 1.
