Jake Laturner's campaign committee refunded $3,500 in December

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Jake Laturner, Kansans for Laturner, refunded $3,500 in December, according to data from the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

Candidates can refuse or return contributions for a variety of reasons. Contributions may be refunded, for instance, in the event that the candidate does not want to be affiliated with a contributor, a contribution exceeds legal limits, or the candidate withdraws from a race.

Kansans for Laturner has refunded $3,500 total since the beginning of the 2019.
