The Pride of Hoyt Days is an annual event that includes a fun-filled day of family friendly events across City Park. The day begins with breakfast, Silent Auction and Fun Run beginning at 7:00 am. The Sand Volleyball Tournament starts at 8:00 am. Events scheduled from 9:00 am-4:00 pm include live music in the park by Jay Diamond, a Car Show, and free access to Inflatables. The Art Show, Model Railroad display, Petting Zoo, Dream Prospecting Gold-panning experience, and Lazer Tag will be available from 9:00-5:00 pm. There will also be a Horseshoe Tournament beginning at 10:00 am, and a Cornhole Tournament at 11:00 am. During the afternoon, there will be a Dunk Tank from 12:00-3:00 pm.  Don’t miss the RVHS Dance Team performance at 12 noon, and Homerun Derby and Football games from 12:00 pm-3:00 pm. And don’t forget the Food and Craft vendors that will be available from 9:00-5:00! The annual Parade will begin at 4:00 pm, (lineup in the RVHS parking lot by 3:30 pm). The evening will end with a Fried Chicken dinner from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm in the Community Building main room. Sunday morning, there will be a community-wide church service in the Community Building beginning at 10:00 am.
