Jackson County Treasurer’s office shows support for organ, eye and tissue donation

Each September, the Midwest Transplant Network sponsors a DMV Appreciation Month. DMV offices in Kansas and Missouri are encouraged to enter into the National Donate Life Month Decorating Contest. The Jackson County Treasurer’s Office is once again taking part. We have chosen for our them, “Share Your Spare, Donate Life!” Stop into our office and see our display! Beginning on September 9, head to the Midwest Transplant Network Facebook page, view all the entries, and VOTE for Jackson County by clicking “Like” on the original post! Voting will end at midnight on Monday, September 19th. We would like to thank Wilson Tire, Holton for lending us the tires for our display, and for hauling them to our office, and Kristy Strawn at 9one8Customizables for creating the T-shirts!
