Kaden Ballard, a former Washburn Rural High School player and now a guard for the Washburn Ichabods, is slated to participate in the Division II NCAA Basketball Tournament.
The Ichabods are entering as the number one seed and will take on the eighth-seeded Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs in their first matchup.
The opening game is scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 5:30 p.m. in Lee Arena.
