On Wednesday, April 9, former Washburn Rural High School standouts Anthony Taggart and Carson Rosen’s current college team, the Missouri Western Griffons, won 12-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats.
The game took place at Bearcat Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Bearcats this season.
The Griffons’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Griffon Baseball Field against Arkansas–Fort Smith Lions.
